Responsibilities What We're Looking For: Design and execute creative KOL campaigns that connect with our target market. Manage a high volume of barter and paid KOL collaborations across SE Asia and beyond. Build and manage strong relationships with influencers and community partners. Create engaging programs and events to grow our community online and offline. Lead and guide your team, while staying hands-on in managing projects. Track performance, analyze results, and provide insights for improvement. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to deliver impactful brand Requirements Key Requirements 3–5 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Management and Community Development (F&B or lifestyle industry is a plus). Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach to execution. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and networking skills, backed by a strong KOL network. Hands-on experience building and moderating WhatsApp-based communities, with openness to develop a strong professional network. Creativity and a passion for bringing communities together. Familiar with digital trends, social media, and consumer engagement strategies. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
