KOL Specialist (Agency)

Job Description:

Build partnerships with merchants for KOL visit needs.

Negotiate and coordinate content requirements with merchants and creators.

Manage and update the KOL database, including selection and finalization for campaigns.

Monitor KOL content performance and compile campaign reports.

Maintain smooth communication with creators and merchants.

Oversee KOL workflow from start to finish of each campaign.

Build long-term relationships with creators.

Ensure raw footage is collected according to the brief and coordinate with the team.

Ensure creators complete posting targets on time.

Qualifications:

Basic conversational English.

Communicative, responsive, and detail-oriented.

Familiar with TikTok/Instagram content basics and F&B trends.

Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in KOL/Influencer Management is a plus.

Able to work under tight deadlines and coordinate with multiple creators.

Adaptive, fast learner, and good problem-solver.

Able to work independently and team.
