KOL Specialist Intern (For Active Students Only)

The Work You’ll Do:

• Manage and maintain relationships with KOLs, both new and existing.

• Ensure content aligns with the brief and schedule, and assist with scheduling.

• Negotiate collaboration terms and deliverables with brands.

• Act as a liaison between KOLs and brands for smooth communication.

• Find new KOL partners to expand the company’s network.

• Monitor KOL performance and ensure content compliance with the strategy.

Qualification:

• Active students majoring in Marketing, Communication, or related fields who are not currently undergoing KKN or similar activities that spend more than 5 hours of work per day.

• Have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented attitude.

• Able to work effectively to meet deadlines.

• Willing to complete internship program from June - November with online system (Work from Anywhere).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Able to do simple video content editing using CapCut, Canva, or other mobile applications.

• Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

• Have an interest in influencer marketing and social media trends, and stay updated with the latest developments in the industry.

• Having knowledge of skincare and makeup will be an advantage.

• Candidates residing in Jabodetabek will have added value. However, other than that, they can still register and may be selected.
