KYC DATA ENTRY (ENGLISH) - Sleman

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end KYCverification of user-submitted identity documents and profiles in accordance with companyguidelines andregulatory requirements

• Accurately assess document authenticity, user legitimacy, and compliance red flags (e.g., sanctions, PEP)

• Adhere todaily throughput targets, quality benchmarks, and turnaround time SLAs as agreed with the PIPO

• Escalate suspicious or abnormal cases promptly to the second-line reviewers

• Maintain thorough andaccurate records of decisions, audit trails, and comments in internal review systems

• Collaborate with quality control (QC) teams and participate in regular calibration sessions to align on review standards

• Flag recurring patterns or trends (e.g., document manipulation, frequent resubmits) to team leads for further action

• Follow uponresubmittedcases, remediation actions, or additional information requests as needed

• Participate in training refreshers, new policy rollouts, and system/process updates

REQUIREMENTS:

1. High school diploma or equivalent with experience in KYC Data Entry.

2. Strong written communication skills in both English (minimum Cambridge C1 level).

3. Previous experience in KYC operations, customer onboarding, or compliance-related processing roles is preferred.

4. Possess a strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in repetitive tasks.

5. Ability to follow complex guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a regulated environment.

6. Familiarity with various forms of identity documents across different markets is a plus. Able to work under pressure and consistently deliver against volume and SLA targets.

7. Willingness to work in rotational shifts if needed.

NICE TO HAVE:

Experience supporting KYC processes in FinTech, e-commerce, or other digital platforms.

Understanding of AML/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism) compliance and sanctions screening concepts.
