- Supervise daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Oversee sample preparation activities (Exploration, PIT, ROM, Stockpile, Barging) according to the established schedule - Monitor and evaluate the performance of laboratory analysts and assistants - Ensure accuracy and reliability of coal quality testing and analysis results - Responsible for laboratory equipment, including proper usage, maintenance, and calibration - Prepare and review laboratory reports, documentation, and administrative records - Willing to be assigned to any of the company’s project sites
