As our Lead Teacher, you’ll take the lead in planning and delivering engaging lessons that follow our preschool curriculum, while fostering a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning environment. You’ll support each child’s emotional, social, and cognitive development through creative, age-appropriate activities, and build strong partnerships with parents and colleagues. Your role is central in shaping an early learning experience that sets the foundation for lifelong success.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the preschool curriculum.

• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for learning.

• Monitor and assess children’s progress, tailoring support to individual needs.

• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.

• Support development through age-appropriate activities.

• Maintain classroom organization, hygiene, and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a preschool teacher or in early childhood education.

• Experience with toddlers (1–3 years) preferred.

• Comfortable teaching with parents present in the classroom.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Solid understanding of child development and effective learning strategies.

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

• Creative, adaptable, and able to design engaging activities.

• Collaborative team player.

• Passionate about working with young children; patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic.

• Open to ongoing training and professional growth.
