Leader Telemarketing

Job Description :

• Provide leadership, direction, and real-time management to the Team in order to deliver service excellence

• Motivate agents to deliver outstanding results including both commissionable and non-commissionable key performance indicators

• Create good relationship with team members and motivate them to put in their best to work in order to achieve maximum results

• Evaluate sales records periodically to make balances and ensure that sales figures tally with number of goods sold

• Coach team members on the best ways to carry out their duties by transferring expert knowledge to them to boost their skills

• Interact closely with other team members in the course of work to ensure that everyone is carried along and updated on work progress in order to achieve maximum results

• Provide daily, weekly and monthly report of team member progress related to sales activity, leads follow up, deal focus achievement, and others to management.

Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information and Technology, or related field is preferred

• At least 2 years in sales/telemarketing team leader

• Experienced in handling team consist of 10-15 people (telemarketing staff)

• Experienced in fintech industry is a PLUS

• Fluent in English is a PLUS

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and measure performance.
