• Relevant experience in 4–5 star hotel or luxury hospitality industry according to the position applied
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Good leadership, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Service-oriented, professional, and guest-focused mindset
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance
• Strong understanding of hotel standards and operational procedures
• Technical positions require relevant technical skills and certifications where applicable
• Fresh graduates may apply for entry-level positions where stated
