Legal Officer

We are Gurih7 Restaurant Bogor, and we are currently seeking a Senior Legal Staff member with proven experience in handling contracts with contractors and construction teams to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, addendums, and service agreements (in compliance with FIDIC & Permen PUPR).

• Ensure legal protection of the Owner’s position in construction projects (no loopholes benefiting contractors).

• Monitor contract execution, claims, variation orders (VO), penalties (LD), and settlement of disputes.

• Handle licensing, permits, and compliance related to construction, environment, safety, and operations.

• Provide legal opinion on construction RAB/BoQ, subcontracting, procurement, and land issues.

• Coordinate with project management, PMCM, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.

• Support litigation, arbitration, or mediation when disputes arise.

• Maintain updated legal documentation and contract database.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (SH), licensed/registered advocate preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of legal experience with at least 3 years in construction projects (contractor, developer, or owner’s side).

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian contract law, construction law, and dispute resolution.

• Experience in drafting and reviewing construction contracts (lump sum, unit price, EPC, D&B).

• Familiarity with FIDIC standards, Permen PUPR, and local government construction regulations.

• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to work with engineers, project managers, and external lawyers.
