Currently, we are looking for Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end legal process, ensuring full compliance with corporate including but not limited with applicable laws and regulations.

• Handle legal aspects related to employee issues, including but not limited to employment agreements, terminations, warnings, and dispute resolution.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. corporate liaise with notaries, government institutions, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth handling of corporate legal matters.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal contracts, including partnership agreements, MOU, employee contracts, talent agreements, lease agreements, and needs of business.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian Company Law (UU PT and Cipta Kerja) and other relevant regulations.

• Assist clients with the OSS system, including the preparation and submission of necessary documentation.

• Liaise with the Ministry of Investment (BKPM) and other regulatory bodies to facilitate client compliance and licensing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university; a Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) is a plus.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a reputable law firm, with a focus on corporate law.

• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Company Law (UU PT and Cipta Kerja) and familiarity with the OSS system and Ministry of Investment (BKPM) regulations.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
