Legal Staff

Job Description - Manage and ensure compliance with corporate legal permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements. - Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, agreements, and contracts with vendors, partners, and other stakeholders. - Provide legal advice and conduct legal research to support company projects and operational activities. - Prepare and manage property transaction documents, including PPJB/AJB, and coordinate with notaries for project-related transactions. - Support corporate activities, including GMS preparation, corporate actions, financing, and refinancing matters. - Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure legal compliance and smooth execution of company initiatives. - Establish and maintain professional relationships with government institutions and relevant authorities. - Conduct site visits and field verification as required to support legal assessments. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Law - Strong knowledge of corporate law, agreements/contracts, permits & licenses, corporate actions, and property transactions. - Familiar with preparation and review of legal documents, including agreements, PPJB/AJB, and corporate documents. - Good understanding of regulatory compliance and business operations. - Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Proficient in English (written and verbal) is preferred.
