Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, managing company licensing and compliance, maintaining legal documents, coordinating with external parties, and providing support for daily business operations.
Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in Law with 1+ year experience as Legal/Contract Admin
Strong Understanding of legal documents & company licensing (Contracts, MoU, PKS, NDA, Addendums, NIB, OSS, SIUP, etc)
Basic knowledge of civil law & contract law
Experienced in coordinating with notaries, government agencies & external partners
Skilled in reporting, recap preparation & documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Communicative, professional, with strong confidentiality, teamwork & ability to work under pressure
Nice to have : Experience in hospitals, IT companies, or vendors; understanding of tender/procurement; experience handling B2B contracts.
