Job Descriptions: Review, develop, and redesign the program as necessary based on the learning and feedback that we get from the previous 3 years of program implementation, which include: a) The work readiness program for disadvantaged youth, university students, and general public; b) The academic readiness program for out of school children who wish to get a senior high school equivalency diploma Provide technical support and supervision on efficient and effective implementation of assigned projects as per workplans, including M&E plans, budgets and timeline Develop partnership with potential donors as funding partners to ensure program sustainability Create and maintain relationship with key stakeholders; government bodies, donors and internal divisions Ensure project activities are on track, including developing and implementing solutions as necessary Manage project budgets and spending in accordance with approved budget, adherence with donor and Ruangguru procedures and policies Support the sustainability of development program in various activities such as teacher/tutor training to improve capacity, community development, workshop, job fair, and other related trainings Review and support elaboration of project documents and reports Create performance review and development plan for the team, including grievance handling mechanism Travel to other cities to attend project sites and provide support to team as needed Job Requirements: University degree majoring in management, business, social welfare science, international development, or other relevant majors related to business development, business operations, and community development/training. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in implementing education-focused projects and/or training for students and/or young adults. Experience in working with external or third party donors and partners and have successfully delivered results based on target KPIs. Able to demonstrate the experience of working with business operations and project management. Able to demonstrate the technical expertise needed to assess, design, evaluate, and deliver programs related to education, including developing the SOP for effective and efficient program management and delivery. Fluent in written and spoken English Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with minimal supervision in a demanded and fast-paced startup environment
