Livestream Operator Lead

Job Responsibilities

• Be fully responsible for the overall planning and operational management of the Tiktok shope e-commerce, Tiktok live Streaming - project, formulate live Streaming strategies and goals, and ensure the smooth implementation of live Streaming activities and the achievement of goals.

• Responsible for live Streaming product selection, collaborate with the supply chain team to screen high-quality products that meet the live Streaming positioning and user needs, and control product quality and price.

• Plan live Streaming target and execution plans, including live Streaming process arrangement, interactive session settings, promotional activity planning, etc., to increase user engagement and conversion rates.

• Manage the live Streaming team, including the recruitment, training, assessment and incentives of anchors, assistants, field control and other personnel, to create an efficient and collaborative live Streaming team.

• Monitor live Streaming data, including number of viewers, interaction rate, conversion rate, sales, etc., conduct data analysis and review, and optimize live Streaming strategies and operation plans.
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in e-commerce, marketing, media, etc. is preferred.

• Possess solid theoretical knowledge of marketing and live Streaming operation.

• Proficient in English communication skills, Chinese is a plus

• 2 years or more of experience in Tiktok live Streaming operation and management, with successful live Streaming cases & experience handling new brand preferred.

• Be familiar with Tiktok platform rules and algorithms and understand the dynamics and trends of the live Streaming industry.

• Have experience in product selection, planning and execution of e-commerce live Streaming, and be able to independently complete the operation and management of live Streaming projects.

• Proficient in using Tiktok live Streaming related tools and platforms, and able to perform live Streaming data analysis.
