Livestream Supervisor

Key responsibilities:

• Lead livestream planning, operations, and reporting with a team of planners and analysts

• Manage end-to-end livestream production including calendar, script, host, gimmicks, and technical requirements

• Direct live shows in real-time, including camera shots, audio cues, graphics, and transitions

• Coordinate with production teams, hosts, and floor teams during live sessions

• Monitor stream quality and troubleshoot technical issues during live broadcasts

• Analyze livestream performance and provide optimization insights

Requirements:

• 5–6+ years of experience in livestream production, broadcast, or live directing (Agency experienced preferred)

• Strong experience managing end-to-end livestream operations

• Familiar with livestream platforms such as TikTok & Shopee

• Experienced with live switching tools/software (OBS, vMix, Wirecast, ATEM, etc.)

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills under high-pressure environments

• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
