This is a full-time on-site role as Logistics Supervisor for PT. Bormindo Nusantara Indonesia located in Bengkalis, Riau. The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the logistics department, including inventory management, customer service, and the supervision of logistic staff. The Logistics Supervisor will work closely with other departments to ensure that shipments are transported and delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Qualifications : - Supervisory skills, - Operations Management, and Inventory Management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Customer service skills - Analytical and troubleshooting skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and with a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel - A Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred - Experience in the transportation and logistics industry is a plus
