Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise logistics operations starting from receiving, storage, distribution, to delivery of goods to ensure timeliness and efficiency. Manage warehouse and inventory by ensuring proper storage procedures, conducting routine stock opname, and maintaining warehouse security and tidiness. Lead and develop the logistics/warehouse team through guidance, work scheduling, performance evaluation, and training related to SOP and Occupational Health and Safety (K3). Prepare logistics reports and administration (daily, weekly, monthly) and control documents for shipping, receiving, and returning goods. Coordinate with internal departments and vendors/expedition services to ensure smooth supply chain and transportation cost efficiency. Qualifications: Minimum education of D3/Bachelor’s degree (Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field). Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics/warehouse, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office. Understands FIFO/FEFO concepts as well as Occupational Health and Safety (K3) principles.
