- Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and project needs.
- Monitor fabrication schedules to ensure work is completed on time.
- Supervise workshops and site fabrication teams to maintain quality and productivity.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure workmanship meets required specifications.
- Support troubleshooting and resolve fabrication-related issues quickly.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of fabrication tools, machines, and equipment.
- Communicate daily tasks and priorities to fabrication crew members.
