Requirements :
- Minimum S1 in Technical Engineering major
- GPA minimum 2,75
- Minimum 3 years experience in Heavy Equipment Maintenance
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile machine downtime and SMU data with customers for accurate records and billing.
- Review and maintain service event and machine history data in the AMT system.
- Coordinate with Service, Parts, EM, and vendors to monitor targets, schedules, and service progress.
- Manage Priority 1 backlogs, quotations, and Service Orders to ensure job readiness.
- Monitor and prepare backlog and Planned Component Replacement (PCR) opportunities.
- Coordinate parts, components, technicians, and other resources for unscheduled breakdowns.
- Provide initial troubleshooting information and updates to support timely repairs.
- Maintain daily PM schedules based on updated equipment SMU data.
- Support capacity planning and effective service execution.
