Main Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and supervise all preventive maintenance and repair activities to keep plant assets functioning properly. Identify and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner to minimize production downtime. Lead and develop the maintenance team, providing necessary training and skill development. Monitor team performance and productivity, and prepare reports and improvement recommendations. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and a safe working environment. Coordinate with related departments to optimize operational efficiency. Requirements: Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or a related position in the manufacturing industry. Solid understanding of machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance management. Strong leadership skills with good communication and coordination abilities. Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools, 5S, and continuous improvement practices. Ability to adapt and work effectively in a multitasking environment.
