Mall Operation Manager (Marcomm) (AEON MALL Delta Mas)

- Age max 40 years old. - Bachelor's Degree of Business Management, Marketing or equivalent. - Required languagels): English and Japanese language (will be an advantage) - At least 5 year(s) of working experienae in managing the Operaticn division at shopping mall which handle Marcomm, PR, Tenant Relation. - Able to make a budget for operating income (tenant sales, rental income, other income) and sales promotion expenses - Able to create annual promotion plans, execute within budget, and achieve results expected by the company - willing to work in Cikarang area (West Bekasi) - willing to commute/mutation/rotation to other Project Mall/other company within 1 group - Applicants must be willing to work in shift time/ weekend/ public holiday - A person who has experlence opening a new mall is welcome - Full-Timeposition(s) available.
