Manager Business Development

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Kontrak Hukum in Surabaya. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to drive company growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans tailored to the legal industry.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and legal stakeholders.

• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth within the legal sector.

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective legal clients.

• Collaborate with internal legal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Sales, and Marketing skills

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in business development or a related field

• Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of legal services or Legal industry

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Marketing, or related field

• Fluency in Indonesian and English languages

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
