As our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality operations across all outlets. Your key duties include:

Qualifications

• 28–40 years old

• Proficient in English (spoken and written)

• Clean, neat, and stylish in appearance

• Experienced in managing daily operations, preferably in beauty or hospitality

• Strong in reporting, analytics, problem-solving, and strategic planning

• Skilled in team leadership, time management, and cross-outlet coordination

• Knowledgeable in HR, staff training, and performance improvement

• Proficient in inventory management and operational budgeting

• Excellent in communication and negotiation Creative, responsible, and committed to continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
