- Providing accurate and timely translations of written materials including contracts correspondence and other business documents - Interpreting during meetings conference calls and other business interactions with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders - Liaising with internal teams to ensure effective communication and understanding between all parties - Maintaining a high level of language proficiency and keeping up with industry terminology and best practices - Contributing to the development of translation and interpretation processes and guidelines - Fluency in both Mandarin and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages - Demonstrated experience as a professional translator and/or interpreter preferably within the banking and financial services industry - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines - Excellent research and problem-solving skills to handle complex terminology and industry-specific content - A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
