Marketing Assistant

PT Agata Promar is an agent, importer, distributor and marketer of children toys and collectibles from various brand names. We distribute to toys shops, department stores, hobby shops, convenience stores, and even to tradiditional toy wholesalers. We carry brand names such as Kimmon, Maisto, Takara Tomy, Tomica, Greenlight, Auldey, Hexbug, etc. Our goal is simple, to be a good and professional marketers. We build brand name recognitions and use the distribution channel to reach customers.

You must be able to:

• Handle Branded toy products

• Analyze products, create and execute the marketing plan

• Create and supervise activations

• Create product branding and positioning

• Create / achieve sales target, then monitor & analyze sales result

• Communicate well, spoken and written

• Create reports in English

Qualifications:

• Fresh Graduate Welcomed

• S1 degree (Marketing is preferred), GPA minimum 3.0

• Marketing (brand promotion) major preferred

• Creative & imaginative

• Fast & independent learner

• Can multitask & follow deadlines

• Proficiency speaking and writing in English

• (Optional) Familiarity with social media and graphic design.
