Requirements Lead Sales :
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in leading a team.
• Proven experience in the training industry is a must.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, social media, and sales tools.
• Having digital marketing skills is a plus.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in Depok, West Java.
