Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or hotel/resort F&B & hospitality marketing. Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, brand strategies, and promotional activities. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation. Ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to drive business growth. Excellent leadership and team management skills; able to lead marketing staff and coordinate with other departments. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools/software; familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus. Highly organized, proactive, creative, and result-oriented. Willing to work in The Wujil Resort & Conventions location and participate in events and promotional activities as needed.
