Marketing Communication Specialist

PT Ganendra Paraka Satria (Ganendra Solutions) adalah perusahaan penyedia tenaga kerja alih daya (outsourcing) yang dimana saat ini bekerjasama dengan salah satu client kami dan sedang membutuhkan Marketing Communication Specialist dengan kualifikasi :

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies (offline and online) to increase brand awareness and support the achievement of company targets.

• Create creative content and editorial plans for various company digital platforms, including social media, newsletters, blogs, and printed materials (brochures/posters).

• Manage events by planning and coordinating the company’s participation in exhibitions, product launches, corporate events, and other promotional activities.

• Monitor, analyze, and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using performance metrics (KPIs), and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Conduct market research to generate insights that support internal business strategies.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Corporate Communications teams to ensure alignment between promotional activities, product features, and market needs.

• Manage the marketing budget efficiently to ensure all communication activities deliver optimal Return on Investment (ROI).

• Demonstrate understanding of technical SEO and digital advertising.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (S1/D3) in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or other related fields.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Marketing and/or Marketing Communications, preferably in an agency or service industry.

• Strong background in digital marketing and event management.

• Familiar with social media algorithms and able to operate tools such as Google Analytics and Ads Manager.

• Up-to-date with digital communication trends.
