Marketing Executive

MARKETING EXECUTIVE (Full-Time, Bali)

For: Kaiarasa Villa & Suites BLU! Chef-Made Protein Hub Miss Yu Hair Bar

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who is passionate about branding, social media, and banquet/event marketing: someone is creative, energetic, and ready to grow with three lifestyle-driven brands.

What We’re Looking For Someone who:

1. Has strong passion for branding, content creation, and visual storytelling

2. Preferably comes from a Marketing, Communications, or PR background

3. Thinks out of the box and can execute independently with self-driven goals across three lifestyle brands aligned with brand DNA and timelines, and able to report progress clearly as part of the team.

4. Confident, friendly, and excellent at building relationships

5. Understands IG/TikTok content, trends, and campaign planning

6. Can manage banquet/events (launchings, private groups, community gatherings)

7. Has a leadership-driven mindset: proactive, resourceful, solution-oriented

8. Can edit basic Reels/TikTok videos using CapCut

9. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies for Kaiarasa, BLU!, and Miss Yu

2. Manage social media content (ideation, planning, production, copywriting)

3. Create branding campaigns & seasonal promotions

4. Coordinate content shoots with photographers, creators, and partners

5. Build collaborations with communities, media, gyms, and influencers

6. Handle banquet/event bookings: proposals, communication, execution

7. Monitor performance and present insights

8. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

Qualifications:

1. 1–3 years experience in marketing/branding/social media (hospitality preferred)

2. Strong creative mindset with excellent communication skills

3. Basic design skills (Canva/Adobe) is a plus

4. Able to edit basic Reels/TikTok videos with CapCut

5. Good English (spoken & written)

6. Based in Bali

7. Has own motorcycle for mobility
