Marketing Executive

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote primarily our property offerings and bespoke concierge services. Your innovative ideas and strategic thinking will contribute to enhancing our brand presence, driving customer engagement, and ultimately boosting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign

• Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy

• Develop content of marketing campaigns

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

• Manage digital campaigns across social media, email, and search engines.

• Create compelling content including property descriptions, blogs, and visuals.

• Cultivate and manage social media presence, engaging with the audience.

• Ensure up-to-date, SEO-friendly website content.

• Stay updated on market trends, identify opportunities, and competitors.

• Coordinate events and nurture client relationships.

• Analyze campaign performance and prepare insightful report

• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

• Prior marketing experience, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or luxury sectors.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

• Creative mindset and ability to multitask.

• Familiarity with Bali’s property and luxury service market is a plus (Our current focus is Umalas area).

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a diverse team.

• Fluency in English and Indonesian is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Must haves:

• Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English.
