About Us:

Sawahan Eateries is a vibrant culinary hub bringing together diverse food experiences under one roof. We’re looking for a driven and creative Marketing & Tenant Relations Executive to help us grow our community, keep our current tenants happy, and bring new, exciting brands into our space.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage relationships with existing tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Actively source and recruit new tenants for Sawahan Eateries

• Earn attractive fees for every new tenant you secure and successfully maintain.

• Develop and execute social media plans to boost foot traffic and brand awareness.

• Create engaging content for our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

• Organise and coordinate promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.

• Work closely with management to strategise growth and brand positioning.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience in marketing, sales, or tenant management (F&B industry experience is a plus).

• Creativity and ability to produce compelling social media content.

• Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• Passion for food, community, and local business growth.
