Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing
strategies and programs across digital and offline
platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
• Lead brand positioning and messaging; drive customer
engagement strategies.
• Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring
timely execution and achievement of PIs.
• Support business development through market
research, partnerships (B2B & B2C), and expansion
opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media,
partners, and industry networks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of digital
marketing, including social media, content, and
performance channels.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in
hospitality, lifestyle, or events.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and campaign strategy.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Good media connections and industry network.
• Strong understanding of ROl and performance-driven marketing
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Well-connected within the Bali hospitality or events industry is a plus.
