Key Responsibilities:





Develop and execute integrated marketing strategy to drive traffic & revenue across stores.



Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital, offline activation, partnerships, community).



Manage marketing budget & ensure measurable ROI.



Strengthen brand positioning in lifestyle & family entertainment market.



Analyze campaign performance & customer behaviour to drive data-based decisions.



Collaborate with Operations to align promotion with business objectives



Requirement:





7–10 years experience in Marketing (Retail / F&B / Lifestyle / Entertainment preferred).



Minimum 3 years leading team.



Strong in campaign planning & performance marketing.



Experienced in driving revenue growth, not only brand awareness.



Comfortable working with data, ROI analysis, and marketing metrics.



Hands-on & agile in fast-growing business environment
