Marketing & Sales Staff

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree of Marketing, Management, Communication or related field preferred

• Proven experience as a Leads Generator or in a marketing/sales role

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written

• Target-oriented with the ability to achieve sales goals

• Familiar to handling market program and project (events, digital, offline, etc)

• Strong interest in the packaging business and digital printing industry

• Placement in PT Samafitro - Asaba Group, Juanda, Jakarta Pusat (WFO)

Job Description :

• Create and implement comprehensive plans and strategies to drive customers growth

• Generate qualified leads through various marketing channels

• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline

• Coordinate and manage the sales process until products are delivered to customers

• Communicate with customers to ensure a smooth purchasing experience

• Work closely with internal teams to meet sales targets
