Math Primary Teacher

We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Primary Math Teacher with experience or familiarity with the Cambridge Primary Curriculum.

This position is open to Indonesian teachers who are passionate about international education and eager to work in a diverse, English-speaking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach mathematics based on the Cambridge Primary or Lower Secondary Curriculum framework.

• Create lesson plans and learning materials that promote problem-solving, mathematical reasoning, and real-life application.

• Utilize student-centered teaching strategies and differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs.

• Conduct regular assessments aligned with Cambridge standards (e.g., formative tasks, quizzes, internal exams).

• Monitor and report on student progress using both qualitative and quantitative data.

• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom culture.

• Work collaboratively with other teachers to plan cross-curricular learning and participate in school activities.

• Communicate regularly with parents in a professional and respectful manner.

• Participate in internal and external training, including Cambridge PD or school-led professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field (required).

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a Cambridge or international school setting.

• Familiarity with the Cambridge Primary Curriculum (Stages 1–6) is highly desirable.

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

• Proficient in using digital tools such as Google Classroom, Seesaw, or other educational platforms.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

• Cambridge training (e.g., PDQ, online workshops, or official Cambridge Assessment programs).

• Passionate about helping young learners grow in confidence and numeracy.

• Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
