Medical Check Up Coordinator

Job Description:

• Coordinate and supervise corporate and individual medical check-up (MCU) programs.

• Ensure smooth implementation of on-site and in-clinic MCU activities

• Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations (K3) and HIPERKES standards.

• Supervise the on-site MCU team and manage medical equipment and logistics.

• Act as a liaison between clients and internal medical teams during MCU processes.

• Design and deliver training modules for doctors, nurses, and other MCU personnel.

• Generate conclusions and recommendations for MCU results, and determine fit-to-work status.

• Review, prepare, and validate medical reports for corporate clients.

• Conduct health talks and workplace wellness education sessions.

• Maintain high standards of service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualification:

• Licensed General Practitioner (Medical Doctor).

• HIPERKES (Occupational Health and Safety) certification is mandatory.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in medical check-up coordination or occupational health.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital medical record systems.

• Able to communicate medical concepts in Bahasa Indonesia and English clearly and accessibly.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for group presentations and health talks
