Medical Quality Doctor

We are seeking an experienced General Practitioner (GP) to lead and ensure the highest standards of medical quality within Halodoc. As a Medical Quality Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, training, and the overall enhancement of our digital clinic services.

Requirements

• Medical Degree (General Practitioner) with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.

• Prior experience in hospital or clinic administration is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement improvements.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.

• A proactive attitude, openness to innovation, and eagerness to learn new processes and technologies.

Job description

• Lead the monitoring and enhancement of medical quality standards for doctors at Halodoc.

• Develop and implement clinical pathways for effective and safe online consultations for our digital clinic services.

• Conduct regular training sessions to upskill doctors according to established clinical guidelines.

• Provide structured feedback and coaching to doctors, leveraging insights from monitoring and performance data.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Operations, Product, and Tech) to enhance medical service delivery.
