Take care of the process of completing administration / medical record correspondence 
Develop a draft medical record SOP and service flow 
Organize and organize medical record file storage 
Input medical record data from status into hospital system 
Requirements 
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from Medical Records major 
Have 3 years of experience from related fields 
Have a good leadership and good communication, service excellence
