Job Descriptions: Identifying the learning objective and needs based on provided curriculum Conducting interactive live teaching via Zoom or Google Meet (expected to be able to deliver the course content in front of the camera/webcam) Conduct weekly monitoring session with the students Assess students’ learning process and providing guidance when needed Conduct checkpoint with students regarding their learning materials and assignments Handle students’ administrative approvals Job Requirements: Comfortable with delivering course content in front of the camera (Online Live Teaching via webcam) Have a minimum of 1-year experience in Backend Engineering Experience as an instructor, mentor, coach, or trainer will be a plus Good knowledge in Basic Algorithm and Golang Have a passion for learning, improving one’s understanding and contributing to projects with a strong sense of ownership Comfortable speaking in front of audiences Communicative and able to accept feedback with an open-mind
