- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience (2–5 years) in MEP roles within construction, engineering, or facility management.
- Knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NEC, IPC).
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar design software is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel if necessary.
