MEP TECHNICIAN

Job Description

As an MEP Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building utilities and engineering systems. You will work both independently and within a team to support daily operational needs and maintain the performance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within a high-rise building environment.

Qualifications:

1. Male, aged 20–50 years

2. Minimum education: STM/SMK or Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Power, or Air Conditioning Systems

3. Minimum 1 year of experience working in a high-rise building

4. Strong understanding of building utility functions, including:

   • Mechanical, Electrical, MVAC, HVAC, LVMDP, Transformer, Generator, Plumbing, and STP systems

5. Able to work both independently and as part of a team

6. Honest, disciplined, and responsible

7. Excellent communication skills
