• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum B accreditation with educational background in business administration, marketing, or a related field

• SMA/ SLTA with Experience

• Proven track record in retail management, preferably in the Consumer Electronic, Telecommunications, FMCG, and other related Retail Sectors

• Experience in managing Dealer and driving sales growth is crucial

• Experience as a Merchandiser

• Team Management and proven leadership experience

• Well-groomed with a proportional weight

Job Description :

• Execute Expansion strategy and achieve the store expansion according to expansion target

• Manage high-standard of Retail management applied for all Dealer Implement Head Office guidelines related to

• Retail management (expansion, operational, and manpower)

• Develop and monitor relationship with Area - Dealer, dedication to understanding and meeting the needs of Dealer, and solving retail channel problem to ensure implementation of standard retail management
