We’re Hiring! Merchandiser – Fashion Industry (Jakarta)

Our client in the fashion industry is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join their team on a contract basis.

Responsibilities :

1. Create attractive, brand-aligned product displays

2. Manage stock levels, restocking, and seasonal transitions

3. Ensure smooth delivery and distribution of products to stores

4. Stay updated on trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities

5. Work closely with design, production, and sales teams

6. Analyze sales data and provide insights to boost performance

7. Visit stores regularly to ensure merchandising execution

8. Gather customer feedback to improve product presentation

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Marketing, or related field

2. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Merchandiser in fashion

3. Strong knowledge of fashion trends & market dynamics

4. Excellent organizational and analytical skills

5. Proficient in inventory systems & Microsoft Office

6. Must speak fluent English

7. Creative, proactive, customer-focused

8. Willing to travel to stores/outlets
