- To maintain and improve seller' transactions through certain initiatives.
- To invite seller to join community groups and engage them in WhatsApp.
- To invite and conduct offline engagement workshop
- To create weekly reporting and present OKR result
- To help seller to solve any reported issue, inform them of the latest news, directions, or product updates.
