Network Deployment

Qualification : 

1. Candidate must a Bachelor’s Degree in Information System, or Telecomunication

2. Required skill(s) : monitoring, and excellent FTTH network

3. Familiar with ONU, ONT, CPE, etc

4. Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Description : 

1. Supervise daily work in the field to ensure it complies with the work plan and established quality standards

2. Ensure all activities comply with implementation methods and procedures

3. Coordinate directly with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams regarding work progress

4. Convey instructions from project management to the field team

5. Check the availability of materials and work equipment in the field

6. Ensure that the materials used comply with the technical specifications of the project

7. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on work progress

8. Report technical or non-technical obstacles in the field to the project coordinator or project manager

9. Inspect work results to ensure that they meet quality standards

10. Provide guidance on improvements if unsatisfactory work results are found

11. Ensuring all work is carried out with consideration for workplace safety

12. Reporting potential hazards or workplace accidents (if any)

13. Conducting site verification before and after work (pre-check and post-check)

14. Supporting the handover process (BAST) by preparing technical data and site documentation
