Requirements: Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in HSE, K3 or a related field Minimum of 1 year of experience in Safety Management Experience in high rise building K3 Fire Safety Certification (Class B) is required Positive attitude and strong work ethic Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Good English communication skills Placement at Summarecon Mall Bekasi Job Description: Responsible for the implementation of facilities, infrastructure, and building safety. Ensure the presence, completeness, and proper functioning of fire protection equipment and safety facilities. Conduct routine inspections of fire protection systems, such as hydrants, sprinklers, fire alarms, and fire extinguishers (APAR). Organize and support evacuation drills and emergency response training for employees and tenants. Identify fire hazards and provide recommendations for prevention Prepare reports on inspections, maintenance, and fire incidents regularly Coordinate with internal teams and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
