Online Bahasa Indonesia communication Trainer for expat staff

We are seeking a professional Female Bahasa Indonesia Communication Trainer to deliver online language training to our expatriate staff. The role involves conducting engaging, interactive Bahasa Indonesia sessions via Zoom/video calls, focusing on conversational skills and workplace communication. This position has the potential to transition into a permanent role as a Translator and Office Admin based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct online Bahasa Indonesia training sessions for expatriate staff via Zoom/video calls on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

• Train expats to improve their conversational and professional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.

Requirements:

• Female, aged 27 or younger.

• Native or near-native fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent English speaking skills.

• Preferably based in Jakarta.

• Stable phone connection and reliable internet suitable for quiet, professional video calls.

• Suitable equipment (e.g., smartphone or laptop) and a quiet environment for conducting Zoom/video call sessions.

• Strong interpersonal and teaching skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.

• Organized, professional, and adaptable, with potential to take on translation and administrative tasks.

• Rp100,000 per hour for training sessions.

• Potential for a permanent role as translator/admin.
