- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Front Office (Supervisor/Assistant Manager level or higher)
- At least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in a boutique resort or villa
- Strong operational knowledge with solid Front Office background
- Skilled in leadership, communication, budgeting, and cost control
- Proficient in hotel systems (VHP, Opera, or similar)
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Professional, proactive, and guest-oriented with a genuine passion for hospitality
