Job Description: OPERATIONS COORDINATOR - RETAIL

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our retail team. This role is the backbone of our daily activities, ensuring that communication flows smoothly between departments and that our logistics are executed with precision. 

Position: Operations Coordinator

Location: Kerobokan, Badung, Bali

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operational tasks, prioritizing high-impact activities to ensure all deadlines are met in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Maintain operational databases using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, serve as the point person for adopting and implementing new digital tools.

  • Act as a central hub for information, articulating operational needs and updates clearly across all organizational levels.

  • Utilize local route knowledge and a motorcycle to coordinate between store locations, warehouses, or vendor sites efficiently.

  • Facilitate smooth operations by communicating fluently in both English and Bahasa Indonesia with diverse team members and partners.

  • Communicate Identify bottlenecks in daily processes and suggest digital or manual improvements to increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional time-management skills with a proven ability to multitask without losing attention to detail.

  • Strong literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and Google Workspace. Ability to quickly master new software or inventory systems. 

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. 

  • Must hold a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and a clean driving record.

  • Good proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both spoken and written) is required.

  • Proven experience in retail operations role is preferred.
