Operations Maintenance Staff

Job Descriptions: • Coordinate the output of distribution, including store order demand planning, new store first distribution, daily replenishment, coordinated distribution, store transfer, and reverse processing of quality issues • Plan the output of prop shelf material distribution, including new store first distribution, daily loss statistics, store material transfer, and quality problem tracking and processing. • Communicate and track demand for goods across departments, and follow up warehouse to store. • Configure store activity plans, delegate activity product materials, notify display, adjust supply chain demand, and notify warehouses to distribute quantities according to stores and needs. Qualifications: • Min. Diploma/Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field • 1-2 years experience in store operations/distribution (retail/FMCG preferred). • Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with inventory systems. • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
